Registration
Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year
Registration will be online.
1) Register for the class online.
2) Make your payment. Please do this step by the next business day to make sure that your spot is held.
This can be done online, by mail, or placed in the lock box located outside by the church office. Please write PRESCHOOL on the envelope
4) Once your registration is processed, an acceptance letter and health forms will be mailed to you. These forms are due by August 1st.
A $100 registration fee and first months tuition are due at the time of registration. These payments are non-refundable.

Tuition for the 2025-2026 School Year
Tuition: Preps $185.00/month x 9 months: $1,665 9-10:30am until Thanksgiving break
9-11:30 after Thanksgiving Break
2 day 3's: $195.00/month x 9 months: $1,755.00 9-11:30am, T &TH
3 day 3's $220.00/month x 9 months: $1,980.00 9-11:30am, MWF
3 day 4's: $220.00/month x 9 months: $1,980.00 9-11:30am, MWF
3 day 4's pm: $220.00/month x 9 months: $1,980.00 12-2:30pm, MWF
K ready 5 day: $495.00/month x 9 months: $4,455 9:15-2:15pm, M-F
Registration Fee: $100.00 due at registration plus 1st month's tuition
Tuition* Due Dates:
Monthly tuition payments are due on the 1st of the month. Our payment schedule is as follows:
1st payment is due at registration- with the registration fee
2nd payment- September 1st
3rd payment- October 1st
4th payment- November 1st
5th payment- December 1st
6th payment- January 1st
7th payment- February 1st
8th payment- March 1st
9th payment- April 1st

4) 4's Graduation
Discounts (only one discount can be applied):
1) Sibling/ Board member discount 10%
2) Church member discount 5%
3) Pay year in full discount 5%
*Tuition Late Fees
The preschool reserves the right to charge a 10% late fee for tuition payments received after the 10th. The preschool also reserves the right to assess a $36.00 'non-sufficient funds' fee to any checks returned for insufficient funds.
Late Pick Up
For every minute you are late picking up your child at dismissal time, there is a $1.00 late charge assessed. New this year, you will be required to sign out your child if you are late. Typically, your first offense is waived, but you will be sent a bill for every lateness thereafter.
